I purchased 6.5mm mat. Length and width of mat sufficient for a 5ft 8 inch person. I have knee issue but Cushioning is good. Mat is soft. In 90% cases Hands do not slip from mat. But it is very slightly faded after 10day of use and also catches dirt very quickly. I will recommend it . Price is higher. If it comes below 4000, will be very good
Definitely non slip, extremely comfortable.
Perfect for proper alignment with great definition.
Really love the personalised text version of Kosha.
The only catch is the thickness, which could have been around 5mm for the same price, without needing to pay extra for 6mm which is bit heavy, 5mm is ideal.
Overall its great to practice yoga on Kosha mats, I'm enjoying it a little bit more now.
Just the new one. Awesome quality.
It has been less than a year since I bought a yoga mat from them and it has hardly been used (max twice a week for light yoga). But the material is already ripping/ peeling off. I had written to them twice but no response. While the cushioning and grip is nice, there is no point paying so much on this brand if the mat is not going to last even a year.

I am absolutely enchanted by the product I received! The moment it arrived, I could tell that I was in for a treat. The packaging alone was a testament to the care and quality that Kosha Yoga invests in their products.
As I unveiled the yoga mat, its exquisite craftsmanship left me in awe. The attention to every detail, the customisation, and the superior quality of materials used are evident and truly appreciated. It's not just a product; it's a masterpiece that adds charm and elegance to my home.
But what really sets Kosha Yoga apart is the unparalleled customer experience. The easy navigation of your website, the transparent communication, and the speedy delivery are all facets of a business that values its customers deeply.
And then there was the delightful surprise that accompanied my order—a complimentary gift bag. It was the cherry on top of an already splendid experience. This thoughtful gesture has not only garnered a smile but has secured my loyalty to them.
Your exceptional service and the magnificent quality of the mat have truly exceeded all expectations. It is without hesitation that I will be recommending your site to friends, family, and anyone who seeks excellence and a touch of magic in their purchases.
Bought a yoga mat 6 months back. The mat is good and grippy.
BUT, gradually air bubbles started appearing on the mat. Was not expecting this from a premium mat!
Even though it was easy to establish connection with the team about the concern, getting a replacement for the mat has been tiresome! Even after 3 weeks, I am running behind the team asking for the update. Disappointed with this service.
Hi Varun, from the images shared we see that the damage on your mat is from a defect and we've sent out a brand new mat in keeping with our warranty policy. Since the colour ordered was out of stock when you contacted us, it took longer than usual to send you the replacement. However we're sure that there will be no issues with your new mat. Thanks for reaching out and have a great week ahead!
Love the mat, and the timely delivery. So happy to have a found a local brand with a mat that is truly the best in quality and aesthetics.
I have been practising yoga for 3 years now and this is my third mat. I can safely say that I've found my perfect partner. I used to slip on my TPE mat, and on this mat I can sweat all I want - it stays dry! Amazing grip, luxurious feel and a beauty! If you are a serious practitioner this is an investment worth making,
Perfect in every way. Soft yet firm. Doesn't budge. Sweat proof. Bought it for my mum in law and the alignment markers really help her.
Beautiful yoga mat with an excellent grip. I choose the 5.5 mm thickness and it's providing great support for my sensitive knees as well as for headstands and other inversions. I'm so glad I went for Kosha yoga mat, every time I step on my mat I'm reminded of sustainability and the impact Kosha makes when giving back to those in need.
This mat is very elegant, it doesn't slip, a bit heavy, little pricey, but very graceful.
After going through 4 different yoga mats and struggling through my yoga practice finally got this one. It has helped my hold my stretches like never before- anti slip in the true sense! Thank you team Kosha
I was looking for a good mat for quite sometime. I came across and bought this mat after a lot of research. The mat is quite sturdy and does not slip in many advance yoga poses. I also got it personalised with my Fitness training brand name. That was the icing on the cake.🙂 The colour is lovely and fresh. This mat makes me want to workout even when I don’t feel like on some days. The price is on the higher side but I would definitely recommend it, you wouldn’t regret investing in it. It’s worth it!
Why have you guys stopped the pink color pure align mat?? Will it come back in stock?? Please bring it back same color with earlier color stripes not black stripes. Bring back what u had earlier pls. Bought the pink one last year loved it waiting for the same.
Hi Team, Very happy with my purchase but unfortunately unable to understand cleaning process. By mistake got couple of pen marks and as suggested I only tried to clean with highly diluted mild soapy water but mat developed stains due to cleaning and now my mat doesnt look clean. Disappointingly have to live with it now.
I love it
The only thing is it gets dirty so fast and marks of forehead or Evan the towel I clean it with stays.
I wonder if it’s because if the color or fabric
Other than that it’s amazing the grip is really good!
PUre Align Yoga Mat
I used to have a cork mat until now, to be eco-friendly, but it started feeling too hard on my joints. I was looking for a better mat that wasn't made of toxic or plastic material. I LOVE this mat, it was totally worth the price, and I hope it lasts a long time! The material is lovely, totally non-sticky and also non-slip, amazing grip with a silky feeling, and beautiful colors. I got the 6.5mm one, I would definitely recommend that thickness if you want a better cushioning and also don't have to carry it anywhere.
Perfect Personalised mat
Been using it for a couple of months and I am happy. The ONLY drawback is that it scuffs and stains very easily. However this doesn’t affect the performance. It is also quite heavy, but since I don’t carry it around it doesn’t matter.
The mat has great grip and the 6.5 mm gives good padding. Very heavy but that’s fine as it’s not going to leave the house. It’s really nice and I’ve enjoyed using it
A great mat for yoga. Provides pointers and dimensions for leg and hand positioning. Non slip, spreads flat and rolls up easily. Way Better than foam
Type mats. My wife uses it too need to get her one . Only drawback it’s heavy ! Not easy to cart for a weekend retreat!

Does Yoga Help With Weight Loss?
A Yoga Teacher’s Honest Answer
By Harneet Jayakar, Certified Yoga Teacher & Co-founder of Kosha Yoga Co.
When people ask me, “Does yoga help with weight loss?” I always smile because it’s one of the most common questions I’ve been asked as a yoga teacher, and one that deserves a much deeper, more honest answer than a quick yes or no.
