After a workout roll your LIFE exercise mat with the top surface facing out. This ensures that your exercise mat will unroll flat, every time you use it
To clean your LIFE mat, use a solution of soap and water and wipe down the exercise mat with a damp cloth.
Leave out to dry and roll once the exercise mat is completely dry. We do not recommend using harsh chemicals or cleaners on our exercise mats
Our LIFE mats get gripper with use. While the best way to break-in your exercise mat is to use them for a few workouts
