What started as an activity to stay fit quickly became a way of life for Shradha Jain. She has now been practising for over 4years and her classes are blend of strength, flexibility & breathing.
In her free time Shradha loves to practice Acro-Yoga, dance with her hoop and levitation wand, read a LOT !

Shradha has a Yoga Certification from Indea Yoga in Mysore.
About Her Classes:
Shradha takes private sessions only and her classes are designed for all levels of practitioners.
She understands the goals of her students to ensure that they get the most out of each session.
