Meet Your Teacher:
Sam is an international yoga teacher, who grew up in India. A techie turned yogi-prenuer he found his way to yoga when he discovered his sedentary lifestyle was making him sick and unhappy. In 2016 he was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, Anxiety and a Fatty Liver condition.
Yoga has helped him manage his stress levels and take control of his health. Today he spends his time sharing what he has learned.
About His Practice:
Sam is a 200hrs Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher. He is currently based out of Bangalore and teaches Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga.
His emphasis on breath, alignment and pose integrity allow students to safely deepen their practice and build full body strength and control.
About His Classes:
Samrat offers group classes for beginners & Intermediate level practitioners.
Beginner: These classes are best suited to people who have 0-9 months of yoga asana experience. The focus will be on building an awareness of body and breath using a simple foundational asanas.
Intermediate: These classes are for those who have been consistently practicing yoga asanas for over 9 months. Practice will be around vinyasa flows designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
