Growing up, Ruchitaa dreamt of becoming an architect, but along her journey she discovered & fell in love with yoga & meditation, eventually turning her passion into her profession.
She is a strong believer in the magic of energy & gypsy at heart.
Besides Yoga Ruchitaa loves to travel, trek and climb.
About Her Practice:
Ruchitaa absolutely loves the concept of studying the movement of the body through dance and practices Rythmic yoga.
Besides completing her RYT 200 in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga she also has a bachelors degree in Naturopathy & Yogic Science.
She is also certified Tarot reader and Crystal healer and is currently doing a course in Jikiden Reiki.
About Her Classes:
Ruchitaas classes are for beginners and intermediate level practitioners. She loves emphasising on the effect of yoga in daily life and habits; about how the body begins to feel comfortable, healthy and strong in its own skin.
Individual sessions can be customised as per her students needs.
