Myra is a trained Kathak dancer & a scuba diving instructor, who decided to pursue Yoga full-time in 2018.
She specialises in teaching both Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga.
About Her Practice:
Myra has completed 1500+ hours each of Yoga TTC's recognised by Alliance Yoga. They currently teach private & group classes in Bombay.
About Her Classes:
Classes are designed to help students of all levels find stability and comfort in basic asanas with special attention given to harmonising breath & body movement. Once students establish comfort in a consistent breathing pattern, this translates automatically into a strong foundation to approach advanced asanas without injury.
Myra uses her experience with both Hatha and Ashtanga yoga to customize sequences based on the needs of her students.
Class Details:
Group Classes: From Rs. 500 per class. Rs.5000 for 12 classes
Group Classes are scheduled for a maximum of 5 students at a time
Private Classes: From Rs. 1,500 per class. Rs. 15,000 for 12 classes
Duration: 60 - 75minutes per class
