Meet Your Teacher:
Sahiba J. Singh is a not your average Yoga teacher. She is passionate about the spiritual side of the practice; the connection between body, mind & breath.
Based out of Mohali, this dog momma also runs her very own organic farm and has a line of home made, all natural, granola, cookies, etc.
Sahiba's areas of expertise are breathing techniques, alignment corrections and understanding the asanas.
About Her Practice:
Sahiba is a Ashtanga Vinyasa level 01 certified teacher and takes regular classes at Kris Gethins Gym in Mohali.
About Her Classes:
Sahiba offers a unique "Family Yoga" class, which is a fun introduction to yoga for children, while being challenging enough to make adults sweat. Sessions can even be customised to accommodate grandparents! A great way to bond with the family during these times of isolation and social distancing.
Her regular yoga classes are designed for a beginner. Someone who is not flexible at all, but is ready to surrender to the mat; The stiffer the student, the better!
Students can expect to learn alignment and understanding os Asanas, breathing techniques and the importance of mindfulness
Class Details:
Family Yoga Class
An interactive, fun, yoga session for the entire family.
Private Classes: Rs. 1500 per session for the family (maximum of 6 members)
Meditation
Private Classes: Rs. 800 per session, Rs. 3000 for 4 session package
Group Classes: Rs. 500 per session, Rs. 2000 for 4 session package
Yoga: Basic Alignment & Posture Correction
Private Classes: Rs. 800 per session, Rs. 3,000 for 4 session package
Group Classes: Rs. 500 per session, Rs. 2000 for 4 session package
Group Classes are scheduled for a maximum of 5 students at a time
Duration:
Yoga: 60 minutes per class
Meditation: 45 minutes per class
