Riya turned to Yoga as a tool to calm her hyperactive mind, leading her to an intense & focussed practice.
Her background in design, has given Riya a real eye for detail, which she uses to pick on the subtle hints and cues of her students bodies during class.
About Her Practice:
Riya has completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa Trainings from Indea Yoga Mysore, (RYT 550 HRS+)
She also teaches regular classes at Seventh Sense Movement Centre, Mumbai.
About Her Classes:
Classes are designed for all levels of practitioners.
Riya teaches different modules each week consisting of back bends, hip openers, core strengthening, inversions for all levels, pranayama, vinyasa transitions.
