Meet Your Teacher:
An excruciating lower back injury due to incorrect alignment in the gym led Mrigha to Yoga. Regular practise helped ease her pain and strengthen her back and soon she was hooked.
Over the years her practice turned into an escape from her daily corporate work life routine and she completed her certification.
About Her Practice:
Mrigha got her 200h certification in Hatha Vinyasa from Universal Yoga Centre and then a 250h certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa from Indea Yoga

Classes are designed for beginner & intermediate level practitioners.
Her private classes will help build a strong foundation in the basics of asana practise, while also increasing strength and flexibility.
