Lilya was introduced to the practice at a young age and it's been part of her life ever since. She believes that a good teacher is first and foremost a dedicated student, so she continues to learn from her guru, as yoga is a continual learning and lifelong practice.
Besides Yoga she loves studying human behaviour & also has a company called RainbowCake that aims to lessen the societal gap that still exists in our country. An avid reader and writer, she has created content for different international online platforms.
Lilya definitely is a multi-passionate human being!
About Her Practice:
A certified Yoga teacher, Lilya has taught at a host of different studios, retreats and personal clients over the years.
Besides teaching yoga postures, breathing and meditation, the intent of her practice has always been to help people learn about themselves, while taking care of their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

Lilya's classes are versatile and accessible to all levels of practitioners.
Focus is always on the cohesion of the group and the progress of each individual's practice, ensuring that each student feels like they're part of something bigger and that they're progressing, slowly but surely.
Love is always at the centre of her classes and they always have a touch of light-heartedness and humour.

All Of Lilya's Classes During Lockdown Are On Donation Basis Only.
A small portion of the student's donations will go to New Light Kolkata NGO to help them during these times.
