Meet Your Teacher:
Sanjana was introduced to yoga at the age of six and started practicing consistently from the age of sixteen.
Her dedication to yoga shines through her practice. Inspired by the support and guidance of her teachers, Sanjana has embarked on a journey to learn and share her experiences with others.
Her diverse training has given her an in-depth understanding of the anatomy and dynamics of advance level asanas.
About Her Practice:
Sanjana has completed a 200hr TTC at Nirakula Yoga. She has practiced intensively with renowned yoga teachers Dr. Latha Shekhar and Acharya Dr.M. Niranjan Murthy.
She began teaching full-time in 2017 and has since conducted several workshops, retreats, and classes all over Bangalore.
She has also conducted intensive batches of "Yoga for Dancers" in collaboration with dance schools
About Her Classes:
She loves connecting with her students and assess their needs before class. Each class is a combination of alignment-focused asana, and playful variations.
She teaches Hatha yoga, advanced Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation for all levels of students.

Sanjana Offers Both Group & Private Classes
Duration: 60 minutes per class
Schedule:
Group Classes
Evenings: Mon, Wed, Fri 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Mornings: Tue, Thu, Sat at 7am to 8am
Private classes are scheduled as per convenience & availability.
