Meet Your Teacher:
Deepali began practing Yoga in 2015 to recover from a knee injury and fell in love with the impact it had on her physical & mental health.
She has been learning and teaching ever since and has even had the opportunity to teach Yoga internationally.
Deepali treasures the opportunity that teaching gives her to connect with different people, different energies and different experiences.
Beside practicing yoga, she loves to paint and has a keen interest in photography.
About Her Practice:
Deepali has completed RYT200hr and RYT300hr. She also completed a bachelor's in Yoga and Naturopathy(3 years) Haridwar, Uttarakhand and a 6-months Foundation Course in Yogic science
Deepali has been teaching Yoga since 2017 and has also taught full-time in Shanghai & Indonesia.
