She replaced a budding career in journalism with Yoga, once she realised that her true calling lies the journey inwards.

About Her Practice:
Sheetal has completed her 900 hour Ashtanga yoga TTC & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Training.
She is also a certified sound healer and meditation teacher, a certified Animal flow instructor and is also certified in Yogic living, naturopathy and yoga therapy.
She also teaches Yoga at one of the biggest fitness centres in Mumbai.

Sheetal seeks to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga.
By incorporating asanas, kriyas, mudras and bhawas in her classes she helps her students achieve strength, flexibility and find inner peace.
Her classes are designed for all levels of practitioners.
