Yoga has been a part of Sushmita's life since childhood.
Yoga gave her the patience and strength to overcome a host of physical and mental health issues such as spinal injury, asthma, low immunity, low self-esteem and depression.
Sushmita loves to travel, meet new people and learn new things. She also loves creating inspirational and informative content which she shares on her Instagram page.
About Her Practice:
Sushmita is a certified with a Diploma in Yoga from the internationally renowned Yoga institute, Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram.
She has also taught Yoga for beginners, corporate employees, group yoga classes in studios and private yoga therapy sessions in Bangalore.
About Her Classes:
Sushmita's background as a Biotechnology engineer allows her to scientifically analyze and structure classes to benefit her student’s physical health while her spiritual Yoga practice helps her design classes to improve their mental health.
She specializes in teaching a breath based Yoga approach which is personalized to suit the student’s needs and requirements.
Designed considering the individual’s occupation, mental health and Ayurvedic body type.
