Meet Your Teacher:
Marina began her yoga journey in school, fell in love with the practice, and has been hooked ever since.
Once she realised how much yoga had helped her personal growth, she had to spread it's powers, which is how she began teaching.
Marina is also a certified Le Cordon Bleu chef and also runs a company, StickySugo that sells hot sauce!
Her idea of fun is basically spreading good health through her practice & food.
About Her Practice:
Marina has been practicing for over 12 years and has completed her Ashtanga Yoga certificate 200 hours from Yoga Darshanam in Mysore. Besides this she also takes private classes in Mumbai.
About Her Classes:
Classes are suited for intermediate level practitioners.
Students practicing with Marina can expect to build physical strength, lose weight and also get a deeper understanding of their breath. Not to mention a calmer mind.
Marina offers group classes
Duration: 60 minutes per class
Schedule: 5pm to 6pm Daily (Monday to Friday)
