Anusha is a Doctor by profession, so though her Yoga journey started more than a decade ago, she could never commit to the practice.
However, things changed a few year ago when Anusha attended a yoga retreat and immersed herself in the spiritual side of the practice.
She is now a full time Yoga teacher. When she isn’t teaching or practicing Yoga she paints, reads & travels.
About Her Practice:
Anusha has 10 years of experience practicing Yoga and 3 years of teaching experience. She has completed a TTC and has taught students in different countries.

Classes are designed for all levels of practitioners.
Anusha’s classes are a combination of asanas and pranayama. Classes are structured around her student’s goals. She stresses on the connection between mind, body & soul.
