After completing an MBA and working in the corporate sector, Aashna realised that her true calling lied elsewhere. Her love for fitness and passion lead her to do her Level 1 TTC from Mysore. After testing the waters teaching Yoga part-time, Aashna decided to take the plunge and completed her Level 2 TTC. She now runs a successful Yoga studio called Yoga High in Mumbai and couldn’t be happier!
Besides being a fitness buff she also loves Bollywood and cooking & eating healthy meals!

Aashna has completed her RYT(550+) hours of training from Indeayoga, Mysore and runs her own Yoga studio, Yoga High, in Mumbai.
