Anuja is a true artist. Besides being a full-time yoga instructor & personal trainer, she is also a professional dancer (Ballet, Bharatnatyam, Jazz & Contemporary), a trained actor (she’s worked in several Marathi sitcoms) and a professional choreographer!
These versatile skills, coupled with her knowledge of Hatha Yoga ensure that her clients get the most out of every training session.

Anuja has completed her Yoga Teacher Training Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. She is also a certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports and Medicine.
She is a full time personal trainer and works with clients all across Bombay.
