Ankitha Bhat: Yoga For Strength, Flexibility & Mental Health
Meet Your Teacher:
Ankitha has been practicing yoga since childhood. She is religious about her practice and practices for 3 hours everyday, always yearning to improve her strength and technique.
Besides yoga, Ankitha is also a trained dance in 5 different dance forms and uses dance as a way to unwind.
About Her Practice:
Ankitha has been teaching yoga for the past 6 years. She has completed her 200hours RYS yoga alliance certification in Mysore, and teaches full time at yoga studios and shalas in her home town, Manglore.
About Her Classes:
She works with her clients to understand what their requirements are and schedules her sessions accordingly.
You can expect to gain flexibility and strength, practicing with her.
Ankitha also tweaks her classes to help calm the mind, reduce hypertension and anxiety if needed.
Ankitha offers private classes that can be customized to her clients needs.
She is also open to teach larger groups if required. Please contact us for details.
Duration: 45 - 60 minutes per class
Mornings: 7 - 10am
Evenings: 4 - 6.30pm
Group classes are scheduled as per convenience & availability.
