I love practicing on this mat. It is soft and comfortable yet durable enough to withstand all that I put it through. The grip is great as well. It is also a really beautiful print, and that really helps motivate one to practice more. I use it almost everyday. Highly recommend :)

Anti - skid...ohh yes!!!!

I used this mat everyday during my hatha yoga teachers training and ohhh boy...whatever I did..this mat stayed there! No skidding..super grip ..I sweated a lot....but the mat never smelt bad 😆....cutting it short..I am in love with it and my fellow teachers are going to buy one for them too. A Wonderful Mat

This mat is as functional as beautiful it is. The gorgeous print always calls out to me to self-practice routinely. The material feels fantastic and it is great for floor stretches with wonderful support in the asanas. For a suede-based mat, it provides good resistance and grip. Additionally, the mat is quite light-weight making it super easy to carry to yoga classes. All in all, a wonderful mat and I highly recommend it.
