Brinda Nichani: Multi-Style Yoga
Meet Your Teacher:
Brinda began practising Yoga at the age of 14, as a part of a squash academy where yoga was mandatory. Over time, she found herself spending less time on the court and more time in yoga class, which is how her Yoga journey began.
After a few years of self practice, Brinda completed a 200 hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) which helped polish the physical aspect & piqued her interest in the philosophical aspect of the practice.
Brinda then completed a 900 hour TTC and began her journey as a yoga teacher. When it came to deciding between a career in advertising, or teaching Yoga full-time, the choice was simple.
When she isn’t teaching, you can find her working out at the gym, reading a book or binge watching Netflix.
About Her Practice:
Brinda has completed her 200 hour and 900 hour Teacher Training from The Yoga Institute and specialises in Ashtanga principles.
She teaches yoga at some of the leading studios & gyms in Bombay, and also has a roster of private clients.
About Her Classes:
Classes are designed for all beginners & intermediate level practitioners.
Brinda focuses on breathing and alignment, making sure her students explore their limits and push beyond them in a controlled and comfortable environment.
A class with her is sure to leave you balanced and content.
Brinda Offers Both Group & Private Classes
Duration: 60 minutes per class
Mon-Wed-Fri at 4pm
Tue-Thurs-Sat at 5pm
Private classes are scheduled as per convenience & availability.
