Meet Your Teacher:
Yoga has been Anands life for the past 24years.
He studies and practices various forms of yoga in depth, right from traditional Hatha yoga to new trends like Stand-Up Paddling Yoga.
Yoga has given him the opportunity to travel the world and explore different communities & cultures.
Besides Yoga Anand loves to cook and spend time in nature. He also loves animals and trains service dogs.
About His Practice:
Anand has been teaching yoga for more than 15years.
He is certified by International Yoga Alliance for Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa (intermediate series).
He also teaches at Diva Yoga Studio in Mumbai, where he teaches and also trains other yoga teachers.
His client list includes a number of prominent Bollywood celebrities and professional sportspeople.
About His Classes:
Anand takes group & private sessions where one can learn to transform their mental and physical energy into mindfulness and raised consciousness.
His classes are designed to increase strength & flexibility, improve alignment & body posture, aid with weight loss and relive stress, in a fun and engaging approach.
He is comfortable training beginners as well as regular practitioners.
Individual sessions can be customised as per her students needs.
